Talk about mixed blessings

The bad news is I am covering duties with limited help & I counted the sourcing effort a one man show. Totally inhumane effort.
The good news is I enjoy that challenge.

The bad news is I worked the whole day feeling like my heart is beating 150 counts per minute, a slight nauseous threaten in the throat , walking, typing, thinking, and REALLY working 5 times my usual speed.
The good news is I didn't die from it.

The bad news is I kinda got hit by a reckless driver today. The case of reckless commuter versus reckless driver.
The good news is I wasn't injured. (But I was embarrased.)

The bad news is Fyn & I had only 30 mins to savour the rest, the coffee during lunch. Totally insufficient & in a rush.
The good news is I finally had my decent cuppa.

The bad news is my right shoe and its' soles finally decided to get separation.
The good news is they only came to the decision when I am less than 200 meters shy from home. I bid them both farewell in the trash bag when I reached home.

The bad news is tomorrow is gonna be another long work day.
The good news is...Tomorrow's Friday. T.G.I.F!
